The general operating conditions of the BattkoDesign online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot, Uradni list RS, no. 98/2004-UPB2, 126/2007 and 86/2009), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business .

The company ABA doo reserves the right to change the general conditions of business in the online store www.battkodesign.com
The prices of products in the online store www.battkodesign.com are expressed in euros including VAT (€). Prices do not include delivery costs.
ABA doo reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Promotions and offers
The general and special offer of products and their prices in the online store are valid until canceled or sold out.
The company ABA doo reserves the right to withdraw products from the offer without prior notice.

The company ABA doo undertakes to ensure that the information on the website www.battkodesign.com is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Order, purchase and order confirmation
The order process takes place by first selecting one or more products and adding it/them to the basket by clicking on the "Buy" button. At the top of the page, a statement with the products currently in the basket is displayed, where it is possible to click "Look in the basket" or "Checkout". If you want to check the content of the order again, and change the quantity of the ordered products, then click "Look in the basket".
Clicking "Checkout" takes you to the last step of the purchase, where you can register or make a purchase as a guest. If you are an existing registered user, then log in and you do not need to fill in your delivery details.
In the "Delivery method" section, you choose the method of delivery, whether it is personal pickup (free postage) or delivery by Pošta Slovenije.
Select the payment method in the "Payment method" section.
Below is a complete summary of the order and a price list, where it is also possible to edit product quantities and remove the product. You can enter any comments in the "comment" field.
Finally, you must confirm that you agree to the general terms and conditions.
Place your order by clicking the "Confirm order" button.
You can correct any possible errors when submitting the order until the order is finally submitted. In the event that the order has already been placed and you have discovered an error subsequently, please notify us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
After this step, you also receive a thank you email with a summary of the order.
7. Supply, delivery and collection
The goods are delivered by Pošte Slovenije or any other distribution company, depending on the agreement or contractual relationship with the company ABA doo. You can choose the delivery method during the purchase process. Delivery is made to the address you specified when registering or ordering. If you are not there at the time of delivery, the shipment will wait for you at the nearest post office.
The cost of postage is EUR 3.90 including VAT for packages that do not weigh more than 1 kg. For packages weighing more than 1 kg, the postage is EUR 5.00 including VAT. When ordering the product, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you about this and about the delivery options.
The company ABA doo offers free delivery, where the following two conditions must be met:
- the value of the final amount of the purchase in the online store www.battkodesign.com must be at least €80 including VAT,
- the weight of the package must not exceed 1kg (kilogram).
Delivery takes place throughout Slovenia. If you would like delivery outside of Slovenia, please inquire beforehand at the e-mail address email@example.com
The company ABA doo undertakes to properly pack the ordered products and ship them on time within the delivery period.
The company ABA doo is not responsible for overdue delivery due to irregularities in the procedures of the delivery service.
Payment in the battkodesign.com online store can be made upon collection, by pre-invoice, Paypal or with Visa, Mastercard payment cards. You can choose the payment method during the purchase process.
All issued invoices are kept at the company headquarters. The customer can request a copy of the invoice at any time via the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
9. The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company (at the contact e-mail address email@example.com) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). He must return the goods received undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The company returns the received payment with the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the payer paid the amount in cash to the courier of the delivery service. All payments received by the seller from the delivery service are made via a transaction account, therefore the seller undertakes to refund the purchase price via the transaction account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the refund has been made.
Payments will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
In the case of sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the return of the goods has been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option of accepting the returned goods.
Absence of the right to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for products that are manufactured according to the exact instructions of the consumer and adapted to his personal needs; made according to the exact instructions of the consumer (e.g. invitations, attachments, ...).
Product guarantees in the www.battkodesign.com online store are different, in most cases they are valid for one year or more if a product defect occurred due to our fault. The guarantee is valid upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty period is indicated on the invoice.
You can NOT claim the warranty in the following cases:
- if normal wear and tear has occurred,
- if there was water or fire damage,
- if there has been damage to the housing or damage to the housing and belt due to external influences,
- if the glass is broken,
- if the batteries run out,
- if there was damage to the belt and other injuries caused by improper handling and carelessness,
- if the product is lost or stolen.
11. Factual error
The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered.
In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item.
The consumer can notify the seller of the defect personally, for which the seller must issue a certificate, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract.
The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered.
A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. The consumer's rights from the first paragraph expire after two years from the day he notified the seller about the factual error.
12. Dispute Resolution
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an efficient system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The appeal process is confidential. The company tries to resolve disputes out of court.
