Stepcraft Fixture plate

Fixture Plate for fixing workpieces for all models of CNC machines, especially for models of the Stepcraft brand M1000 and other M, D series.

The specialty of this mounting plate is that it is made for use in milling workpieces with cooling emulsion. The cooling emulsion is poured onto the edge channel on the plate, where it is drained with the attached tube.

The mounting plate is attached to the table with nine M6 screws. The mounting plate has M8 threaded holes for attaching a vise or other mounting modules.

The size of the mounting plate is 500 x 500 x 15 mm and it is made of hard aluminum 5083 Al plankast, which is milled to thickness and protected with foil.
